6020 INNSBRUCK
ROECK ARCHITECTS
His task was to modernize an existing two-family house in the municipality of Kramsach. In addition, the existing garages were enlarged at the request of the client. All facade elements and recesses were supplemented with a new larch formwork. The massive supports including round arches were replaced by light steel columns.
The newly framed, deep window reveals open towards the south and let more light into the existing rooms. Inside, bright rooms are created. A new roof terrace serves as a place of retreat for the residents and creates a wonderful view of the unspoilt natural landscape of Tyrol.
