6020 INNSBRUCK

ROECK ARCHITECTS

An old house built in the 1940s had to be renovated from the ground up. The building was stripped back to its foundations, with space for one apartment on each floor. The access staircase was placed on the north facade, all the different window and door openings were replaced by double-leaf French windows of the same size. The result was a simple structure with a pitched roof and a front porch. Conveniently located in terms of transport, nothing stands in the way of long-term rental.
