ROECK Wohnen GmbH has acquired a plot of land with a building stock. On this, 6 subsidized apartments between 57 and 100m² should be built. The basic idea of the architecture was to absorb the granularity of the surrounding houses and not seal them off with a bar. With three staggered parts of the building in two different colors, each resident has the feeling of living in their own house. The roof connects all three components and partially extends over the facades. All rooms are lit by French double-winged windows.
