The task was to revitalize an existing city villa in the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck, which is a listed building. Over the past few decades, various paints and plasters in many different colors have accumulated on the facade. These were lovingly removed in the course of the revitalization, revealing the original plaster in its original color. The listed cast iron railings and various other components from the turn of the century have also been extensively restored and shine again in new splendor.

The interior of the building has been remodeled into multiple residential and commercial units.
