NEW OFFICE, LASTING VALUES
Self-confident, reduced, modern, sustainable - a project that is very important to us was our own. Our architectural office is now located at Höttinger Au 24 in Innsbruck. The ground floor zone of an existing building was restored to its shell state and adapted step by step to our needs and ideas. This resulted in an open and very modern floor plan.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX
One of the highlights of our new office space is a central, free-standing box that houses the ancillary rooms such as the kitchenette, toilet and copy room. A consistent color scheme inside, as well as the flush-fitted wallpaper doors further reinforce this impression. At night, this is also visible from the street space thanks to indirect lighting. All workplaces and a spacious meeting room are freely arranged around them. In future, presentations will be held digitally in the meeting room and appointments will be discussed with our customers and partners. The south-facing floor-to-ceiling glazing creates a transparent and bright atmosphere throughout the office. In the entrance area there is a lounge that invites you to linger. Rotatable slats made from local sheep's wool act as an open, half-open or closed threshold to the work area. In line with the Viennese classic chairs, coffee breaks will be held here in the future and the construction tasks set will be discussed, discussed and solved in the team. In the north-east of the premises you can reach the basement of our office via a spacious air space. The bright room, flooded with daylight, functions as a plotter and model construction room. Our 3D printer anyway some other machines will help us there in the future with the creation of masses and presentation models. Behind the built-in sample wall is a private lounge and our new archive.

VISION AND SUN PROTECTION
A perforated, black trapezoidal sheet metal mounted on the facade strengthens the modern image to the outside. On the east and north side, the metal surface is fixed in front of various windows and creates a clear and closed overall surface. From the inside, however, the material appears almost transparent. To the south, sliding elements protect against solar radiation and prying eyes.

MATERIAL AND COLOUR
As with our projects for customers as well as with our own area, a great deal of attention was paid to consistency, minimalism, materials, surfaces and the color concept. All of the furniture was designed in black and white. A black color scheme was used consistently for the rooms inside our box. The solid oak floor, laid in a herringbone pattern, combined with the white walls and ceiling surfaces create a homely atmosphere throughout the office.
