The task was to expand an existing residential building with more living space, office space and covered car parking spaces. A key design idea was to retain the architecture and design language of the existing building. The new building connects to the building and embraces it. Offices and a workshop are located in the basement. The new living rooms with a terrace are located on the upper floors. Covered parking spaces are located between working and living.
