6020 INNSBRUCK

ROECK ARCHITECTS

The new headquarters of the Fröschl company was moved from Fassergasse to Brockenweg, near the building yard. The aim was to create an architectural building with various uses. So the specification was to plan the valuable ground floor areas for a billa market, a pharmacy and the property development company Realbau. These present themselves to the outside through room-high glazing. The entrance to the Fröschl company is located in the southern part of the building. The office space extends from this ground floor to the first and second floors via a mezzanine floor. On the outside, the architects from Innsbruck show the building as a self-confident structure made of stamped concrete. Each workplace should receive openable windows for exposure, ventilation. Inside the building, the large building depth of the retail areas makes spacious inner courtyards possible. This building breathes from the inside out. Adjoining corridor partitions are glazed room-high and allow interesting visual connections.
