A plot of land outside the village with a wonderful panorama over the fields from the Mieminger mountains to the beggar throw near Hall and an old walnut tree that should be preserved are the specifications for these building tasks. The concrete garden enclosure serves as a privacy screen on the street side and as a frame for the walnut tree on the garden side. The striking end of this line and thus the sign of the entrance to the building is the roofing of the car parking spaces. The house opens up to the garden through a fully glazed south and west facade and is consistently sealed off to the north and east by a wall angle clad with facade panels. This is only broken through to the north by panoramic windows and light slits that are flush with the facade. In addition to the living and dining room with adjoining rooms, the entrance floor also houses the sauna area, which opens onto the pool. By taking advantage of the northern slope, there is a naturally lit workroom, a granny flat that is also accessible from the outside and the technical rooms of the house. On the upper floor, which is framed by a balcony on the south and west side, the bedrooms and adjoining rooms are arranged.
