The building plot is located in the middle of the community's residential area, with the property rising by one floor to the south-west. The design thought was about the shape to cope with this jump. The garages and all ancillary rooms are located on the entrance floor. A single-flight staircase and an elevator connect all floors. The shape of the roof entails, and this was one of the client's wishes, that all bedrooms on the upper floor should be two-storey with integrated stairs. In front of the residential floor is the garden with generously paved open spaces and a central swimming pool.
