6020 INNSBRUCK
ROECK ARCHITECTS
The task was to adapt and modernize an already existing semi-detached house. Therefore, the entire house was built back to its original shell and oak floors were laid throughout the house. At the request of the client, existing garden areas were replaced by paved areas and an inner courtyard situation with a whirlpool was created. A modern outdoor curtain serves to shade the kitchen or dining area and also shields people from looking in. By extending the canopy, the existing gazebo was connected to the main building and invites you to linger. The use of local materials ensures a uniform and warm atmosphere throughout the house.
