6020 INNSBRUCK
ROECK ARCHITECTS
The house was built in a wooden frame construction with insulation in between. Three facades were clad with cement-bonded panels, the fourth facade facing the garden is completely glazed over two floors with the living room behind it. A bridge-like gallery opens up the rooms on the upper floor as well as the roof terrace floor with a work saloon and covered terrace. A pool cleverly fitted between the house and the property boundary and a bamboo hedge as a visual filter to the neighbors border the garden. Opposite the kitchen is an outdoor seating area, which can be closed off to form an inner courtyard by means of sliding elements facing the street.
