Wohnhaus LST | ROECK Architekten | Innsbruck | Architekt Innsbruck. Das ansteigende Grundstück ist optimal nach Süden ausgerichtet, und aber gleichzeitig von dieser Seite erschlossen. Aus diesem Grund wurde das Wohngeschoß mit vorgelagertem Garten um eine Ebene angehoben, und quer zum Hang gestellt. Die gesamte Längsseite ist verglast, und erlaubt von jedem Zimmer einen herrlichen Ausblick. The sloping property is optimally oriented to the south, but at the same time is accessible from this side. For this reason, the residential floor with the garden in front was raised by one level and placed across the slope. The entire long side is glazed, allowing a wonderful view from every room. The entrance floor with all necessary ancillary rooms at street level is made of exposed concrete.
