An orchard in a single-family housing estate with a fire wall on its eastern border, to which an extension must be added, forms the setting for the design of this house. Due to the strict regulations of the building authorities, the planning scope is reduced to a minimum. Due to the cost specifications and the high groundwater level, there is no basement. Storage space is created by constructing an access building near the covered parking spaces. The living area with a study is on the ground floor, the bedrooms with a roof terrace on the upper floor.
