The family home was to be renovated. The building, designed as a single-family home, was separated by the stairwell on each floor, resulting in three independent apartments. A striking cubic structure was built in the vicinity of the company premises. The window and terrace openings can be opened or completely closed to the adjacent main road using sliding shutters.
