A new project is to be built in the center of a plot of land in the Tyrolean municipality of Scharnitz in the Innsbruck-Land district. A new aparthotel is to liven up the town centre. In terms of urban planning, the building fits into this location and takes up existing building heights. Two structures are created which are twisted and intersected with each other.
On the ground floor there are public uses that should play an important role for the town of Scharnitz. In addition, the reception and a wellness area for the users are located on the ground floor. In front of the wellness area and protected by the structure is the garden area including the outdoor pool.
In on the floors above are the three different layout types of the apartments. Each apartment is assigned a private loggia.
