The new building is located on a hillside in the Tyrolean municipality of Lans. Filigree, light and reduced, the building blends into its surroundings. The property is bordered to the south by open land. The difference in height on the property is overcome via the individual floors. The living spaces on the garden level can be reached via the street level with garage, technology and the ancillary rooms. Large glazing lets light fall into the interior of the building, creates a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding Tyrolean mountain landscape and allows the inside to merge seamlessly with the outside. The bedrooms with panoramic balconies are located on the top floor. In terms of materials, the concept relies on a minimalist selection - clear, reduced and self-confident.
